1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items postmarked after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your button-up shirt must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn and Unwashed: The shirt must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

• Original Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be firmly attached to the garment.

• Free of Odors and Damage: Items must be free of any stains, marks, damage, pet hair, deodorant marks, or strong odors (such as perfume or smoke).

• Original Packaging: While not always required, returning the shirt in its original packaging is highly encouraged.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
